After School Club
Unfortunately the club has been postponed and will hopefully be available in December
Our Vision – To provide first class activities, facilities and outdoor learning where young people may enjoy lasting learning experience’s which will have a positive impact on their lives.
Ganaway Activity Centre is a purpose build recreation facility with indoor and outdoor facilities which include sports halls, games rooms, outdoor pursuits activities, green open spaces, woodland trails and beach access providing opportunities for young people to play, explore, learn and have fun.
What do we provide?
An after school activities club at Ganaway activity centre running from September to June following the academic calendar
Monday to Friday 2pm-6pm, collection must be at 6pm at the latest
For young people from primary 1 to primary 7
Activities
A variety of activities are organised each day to meet a range of ages and interests.
Outdoor pursuits activities
Sports and multi skills games
Outdoor play including nature trails, beach combing, scavenger hunts and woodland exploring
Arts, crafts and creative play
Transport
Collection from Millisle PS @1.45pm and 2.45pm
Donaghadee P.S @2pm and 3pm
Food
Toast, bread, biscuits, spreads, fruit, yogurt, milk and juice
Staff
Friendly, experienced and qualified staff, REC L2 First aid qualified, child protection and Access NI cleared.
Young people will be supervised by a team of staff with at least one staff member per ten children.
Cost
Minimum 2 hours – £8.00pp
3 hours – £11.50pp
4 hours – £15.00pp
